Each player will be required to provide their own equipment. This includes helmets, gloves, catcher’s gear (if wanting to be a catcher).
Bats are not required as shared bats can be sanitized between players.
If you are in need of equipment, please request in writing to the contacts below. We will make every attempt to provide used equipment if available from older and former players. This does not include catcher’s gear.
Our Refund Policy
If a refund is requested for any reason not listed in the cases below, the request should be submitted in writing to North Penn Little League. This refund if approved by the League Board will be less the $10 processing fee and cost of the uniform.
Refund requests may be submitted for approval of the League Board any time prior to the placement on team.
Refunds are considered for an injury or moving that would cause a child to miss more than half of the season's scheduled games.
For fees refunded due to an injury, the League President and Treasurer will coordinate at their discretion.
Refund requests due to a cancelled season for any reason are at the discretion and approval of the League Board and if approved will be less the $10 processing fee and cost of the uniform.
Refunds or partial refunds will not be considered for the following reasons:
Games or practices canceled due to inclement weather
Player decides not to play after placement/selection to a team or receipt of uniform

North Penn Little League and North Penn Raiders would like to congratulate former player (2013-2016) and Junior Umpire Michael Lennon on formally committing to West Chester University to play Baseball! Michael is going into his Senior year at North Penn High School and a member of the Knights Baseball team.
NPLL and Raiders are so proud to see Michael continue on with his Baseball career. We also want to send a congratulations to Michael's parents Mike and Amy Lennon who will always be part of the NPLL and Raiders Family. Mike was a former coach for both the Little League and the Raiders teams. Best of luck Michael!

NPLL/NPBA/NP Raiders COVID-19 Return to Play Summer ‘2020
If your child is part of a high-risk group (i.e. has pre-existing medical conditions including chronic lung disease, moderate to severe asthma, serious heart conditions, immunodeficiency, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, or liver disease), please consult with your family physician before attending.
Statement for individuals and groups in contact with COVID-19
Any ill player, coach or family member should not attend any team activities. If a player develops COVID-19, he or she will immediately alert his or her coach. Players living in the household of an individual with COVID-19 should immediately notify his or her coach and self-isolate for 14 days per CDC guidance. If a coach or staff member develops COVID-19, he or she will immediately alert the League President or Vice President (Doug Cervi/Kelley Reed). The coach and that particular team who may have been exposed will stop activity and remain out of activity for a 14-day period. We will also notify parentsa and families that there has been a COVID-19 Response, while maintaining participant confidentiality regarding health status.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Self Screening Responsibilities for All
Prior to attending any NPLL/NPBA/NP Raiders activity, families, players and coaches should perform a self-screening to assess any risk of COVID-19 infection. Notify coaches and do NOT report if any of the below symptoms are present:
Fever or chills
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Muscle or body aches
New loss of taste or smell
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
League Responsibilities for Return to Play
NPLL/NPBA/NP Raiders Will:
Provide adequate field space for baseball activities and updated game protocols for physical distancing on a regular basis
Provide guidelines that follow CDC and local government health recommendations.
Ensure all activities occur on outdoor fields.
NPLL/NPBA/NP Raiders Parents Will:
Sign Player Waiver. Participation will not be allowed without a signed waiver.
Monitor how their player is feeling and keep a player home if he or she is sick.
Take the player's temperature before leaving home to attend activities with others.
Screen player for symptoms of COVID-19 prior to attendance at any NPLL/NPBA/NP Raiders activities
Immediately communicate to the coach if a player tests positive for COVID-19.
Discuss player responsibilities outlined in this guide with players.
Make sure players use the bathroom prior to arriving to the facility
Consider not carpooling or very limited carpooling.
Parents will adhere to the Player Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures outlined below and remain in the car/adequately distanced away from the field for the entire event.
Ensure the player has water, equipment, food (if necessary) prior to leaving the house and getting out of the car. Equipment will not be shared or lent to players.
Ensure child’s clothing is washed after every session.
Ensure all equipment is sanitized before and after every session.
Be sure your child has necessary sanitizing products with them at every session, including personal hand sanitizer
Have fun and stay positive.
Follow PA quaranteen guidelines when returning from out of state travel
NPLL/NPBA/NP Raiders Players Will:
Have an adult sign the Player Waiver. Participation is not allowed without a signed waiver.
Before leaving home for a NPLL/NPBA/NP Raiders activity, players are to have their parents take their temperatures.
Must be honest about how they are feeling, and if they are feeling sick, must stay home.
Must immediately alert the coach if the player tests positive for COVID-19.
Will not greet friends with high 5’s, hugs, handshakes etc. There will be no group celebrations with human-to-human contact, including high-5s, hugs, handshakes, fist-bumps, etc.
Listen to all directions given by coaches and staff.
Bring and use YOUR OWN Equipment, WATER and BAG to all activities. You will use your own equipment for all activities. You will not share your equipment or water with other players.
Adhere to the Player Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures outlined below.
Wash hands thoroughly before, during (if instructed) and after activities.
Bring and use hand sanitizer after every session.
Wear a mask while walking to his/her place on the field and as directed by your coach. You may take it off once you arrive at your field position. Before you walk back to your car, you should put it back on.
Wash and sanitize all equipment before and after every session.
Have fun and stay positive.
NPLL/NPBA/NP Raiders Coaches will:
Sign the Waiver. No participation is allowed without a signed waiver.
Ensure all participants have signed a waiver. Coaches will not allow players to participate without a signed waiver.
Ensure the health and safety of the participants.
Inquire how the athletes are feeling and send home anyone you believe acts or looks ill.
Follow all state, local & CDC health protocols and guidelines.
Take his or her own temperature and self-screen for symptoms before attending a session.
Alert League President/Vice President immediately if he or she feels ill, or tests positive for COVID-19.
Ensure all athletes have their own individual equipment (helmet, glove, bat, water, bag etc.) and ensure that equipment is not shared.
Ensure the coach is the only person to handle team equipment (e.g. cones, ball buckets, screens, etc..); do not enlist parental or attendee assistance.
Ensure equipment is not mixed between teams prior to sanitizing (if conducting multiple sessions per day).
Ensure all sessions are conducted outdoors and compliant with social distancing per state, local health & CDC guidelines, and guidelines outlined by the league.
Always wear a face mask unless able to adequately distance on the field of play.
Avoid contact play and activities at this time.
Coaches will maintain social distance requirements from players based on state and local health requirements, and remain in distanced areas as outlined by the league.
In case of player injury, the coach will wear gloves and a mask prior to evaluating a player.
Use hand sanitizer before and after activities.
Wash hands thoroughly before and after activities.
Have fun and stay positive.
Player Drop Off and Departure Procedures
Parents/players arrive at designated parking lots for their field.
Parents of U10s and under may walk their children to the proper drop off point. Players ages U11 and up should walk on their own. Everyone who gets out of the car should wear a mask until arriving at the designated spot for baseball activities.
Parents should NOT congregate around fields or parking lots. Do not use bleachers.
Players will maintain social distancing of 6 ft or more.
Once players arrive at the event location, players are not allowed to leave that location during the entire session.
Place bag, water, gear in area designated by your coach
Players should either keep their mask on throughout baseball activities or remove and place it inside of their bag.
Follow coaches and staff directions.
Collect all equipment including water, bag and gear.
Place the mask on before you leave your field location.
Players will depart their field immediately following the conclusion of activities. Maintain social distance of at least six feet as you exit.
Parents of U10 and under players may meet their player at the field locations. Please wear a mask, and maintain a safe social distance of six feet or more from other parents.
League facility bathrooms may be open in the future. Please use at your own risk and be sure to wash your hands after.
